4/30/04 Chris Moskal of Ellicott City caught this great rockfish of 45-1/2" while fishing aboard the Belinda Gail out of Happy Harbor. Chris's fish hit a hot JJ's Tackle custom made chartreuse parachute bait. Captain Jerry was trolling near Buoy 71.

4/25/04 From left to right - Nick Tsimbidis (Lorton VA), Tom Phillips (Annandale, VA), Chuck Diamond (Fairfax, VA) and Captain Glenn Adams (Fairfax, VA) caught these huge rockfish while fishing aboard Glenn's boat the "RockHound".

and a shot of the fish with skipper Roger Sims and mate Todd Peal with a 37" striper. This cow firmly locked onto the stinger hook on one of Marie's black/blue metal flake bullet head lures with a 9" white shad attached to a white 8" quad umbrella.

Keith Runner of Gambrills, Md. caught his fish of a lifetime on 4/24/04. Keith's fish weighed a whopping 50 pounds and was 50-1/4" long. His fish was caught North of Chesapeake Beach trolling a white lure bait. Eric Long caught a nice 42" rockfish trolling in the same area. Pictured with fishing friends.

Dear JJ's Tackle: Here are some pictures (left and below) of fish caught with your marble eye bullet head lures. The largest of these fish placed in the top 20 at the ASA Stars and Stripers Tournament for 2003. The fish measured 45 1/2 ".

Here is a photo of a nice rockfish taken with Rick's spreader bar. FishWish charters presented us with the great picture. The fish was caught and released on Saturday, April the 10th.

Captain Ralph Barnes was fishing pre-season aboard the valerie Ann on April 10 when this 40 pound monster rockfish this. The big fish couldn't resist one of Rick's (JJ's Tackle) spreader bars rigged with Dave Weaver's custom "east/west sonar" lures.
